EHCP Assessments and Tribunals

At Box Psychology we offer a full range of private Educational Psychologist’s assessments – which can be used as part of the EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) process. 

We can offer Annual Review Reports, Independent Reports for submission to the LA (Section A reports) on behalf of the parents, appeal reports and reports for submission to tribunal (Section B, Section E, Section F and Section I).

We as an organisation have produced hundreds of EHCP tribunal reports which have been received well by our clients and the judges of the tribunal.

We also undertake work for Legal firms – and have well established relationships with several of the biggest providers of Private and Legal Aid EHCP appeals. We have worked hard to establish, and maintain, a reputation for offering flexible assessment dates and meeting evidence deadlines. We pride ourselves as offering reports that stand-alone, but can also attend tribunals if requested.

We are based in the South West and cover much of the South, London and Kent for face-to-face assessment as well as offering video assessments for those living further afield.
